Become a CHE Education Co-operative Member

Are you interested in co-creating an education co-operative to deliver conferences and public events, to run short courses and facilitate transformative popular education, building on the CHE’s long-standing tradition as an educational institution rooted in community activism while maintaining academic rigour?

This is a great time to become a member of CHE and get involved!

We ask for a minimum membership fee of £36 per year (£3/month) for waged individuals; £24 per year (£2/month) for concessions (students, low waged) and £2/year unwaged or those less able to afford full or concession rates. If this is still financially restrictive for your membership, please get in touch.

We offer free membership for staff and many volunteer posts.

Please complete the CHE Membership Form below

Please read all the instructions and questions in this form clearly, as it includes important information on membership terms, structure and payment processing.

Any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing us at info@che.ac.uk

CHE Members’ Meetings

CHE Members’ Meetings are open to members and everyone who considers joining CHE.

We continue to review how we can work more co-operatively and involve more members in our various work strands – including co-operative university, fundraising or events.

We’d also like to hear from YOU: our members. If there is something you would like to propose, contribute, discuss, or a specific question you’d like answered, please let us know by Tuesday evening before the meeting, and we’ll add it to the agenda.
