Saturday, 25 August 2007

CHE graduate and member of the Environmental Law Foundation, Jamie Whittle, is helping to organise a seminar on 'Running an Environmental Campaign and the Law' which will take place in Inverness next month.

The law firm he works with, R&R Urquhart, are co-hosting the event with the Environmental Law Foundation at the Palace Hotel in the city on Tuesday 18th September 2007 from 6pm until 7.45pm.

The session will include presentations from two environmental lawyers and representatives from Friends of the Earth Scotland and The Environmental Law Foundation. There will then be a discussion and question and answer session. The aim of the event is to explore ways in which law can be applied effectively to environmental campaigns and planning issues.

Admission is free and refreshments will be served before and after. Places are limited and so advance booking is essential. For more details contact Jamie on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
