Sustaining Ecosystems Course - bring a friend half price
Written by Centre for Human Ecology

CHE’s option module in Sustaining Ecosystems begin next month and it is still not too late to recommend it to a friend.

Places are still available on the course which has its first teaching weekend on 8th and 9th February.

Organised by Jennifer Batty, the course will develop students’ understanding of a range of issues: how ecosystems work, including the role of biodiversity; what ecosystems do for us; approaches to minimising our impacts; impacts on and implications for local communities and global sustainability; and how to contribute effectively to ecological sustainability and social justice.

Even better news for anyone interested in the course is that there is currently a buy one, get one half price deal. For more details visit: http://www.che.ac.uk/mambo/content/view/177/188/ and to book a place please contact Osbert Lancaster as soon as possible.
